We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right. That's why we offer exchanges and store credit on eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. Returns & Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit, provided they meet the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage.
Original tags, if applicable, must remain attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

The name used on your order
The reason for your return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
2. Exchanges
We want you to find the perfect Naissance U.S. piece!
Exchanges may be available for:
A different size of the same design
A different style, subject to availability
Eligible items that do not meet your styling preferences
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
All exchanges are subject to product availability and the eligibility requirements outlined above. Any difference in price must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.

3. Store Credit
If you prefer not to exchange your eligible item, we are happy to offer store credit toward a future Naissance U.S. purchase.
Store credit is issued after your returned item has been received and inspected.
Store credit will equal the original purchase price paid for the eligible returned item, excluding shipping fees.
Store credit may be applied toward future purchases at www.naissanceus.com.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
This allows you the flexibility to discover another Naissance U.S. design that better suits your personal style.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or created specifically for individual customers, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for standard returns, exchanges, or store credit:
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Personalized items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items specifically marked "Final Sale"
These exclusions do not limit applicable consumer rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Every Naissance U.S. piece is carefully inspected and prepared before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, whenever possible, so we can address the issue promptly.

A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where required by applicable law.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard exchanges and store-credit returns.
Naissance U.S. will cover reasonable return shipping costs when:
The wrong item was sent.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Naissance U.S. cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
